All bets on b11 are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error or event cancellation applies. Clicking the "Confirm Bet" button is considered final.

Odds are subject to change at any time. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is placed will apply to that bet — any subsequent changes will not affect previously placed bets.

• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• Result Disputes: Official results will be used to determine outcomes. b11's decision is final.
• Live Betting: Users will not be held responsible for bets that fail to process during live betting due to connectivity issues.
• Maximum Win: There is a maximum win limit per bet or parlay, which varies depending on the event.
• System Error: b11 reserves the right to void or adjust bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

All bonuses and promotional offers on b11 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant offer terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Whether it's a welcome bonus, reload bonus, free bet, or cashback — withdrawing any bonus funds typically requires meeting a specified wagering requirement. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is fulfilled.

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement, typically ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Validity: If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus will expire.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the fairness and security of the b11 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
